The raw materials for our grow bags require unique selection and processing methods. The coco peat is aged and composted for over 18 months and thoroughly washed. This process reduces the salt, phenol and tannin. Aged coir pith is then processed to remove fine particles and long fibers to maintain the consistent sieving. This premium coir pith is compressed into slabs of various dimensions and sealed in UV stabilized poly bags. Finally, the bags are tested for expansion, EC and pH, and then shipped.
